Need to get out a message?

Distribution of materials is a courtesy provided by the Wellington Catholic District School Board for non-profit organizations or community partners to distribute appropriate materials in its schools. Wellington Catholic District School Board has a total of 19 schools. Three high schools all located in the city of Guelph. There are eleven elementary schools located in the city of Guelph and five located in the county. Before making your request please note the following conditions and requirements:
  • Approval of your application is at the discretion of the Director of Education, whose decision is FINAL.
  • A sample of your material intended for approval is required in order to make your request. If sending your request via email please attach your documents in PDF format. Emails can be directed to: khillyoung@wellingtoncdsb.ca
  • Alternatively your application can be mailed to or dropped off at 75 Woolwich Street, Guelph, ON N1H 6N6, attention: Kerri Hill-Young.
  • Please provide an email address or contact information in your request.
  • If approval is granted by the Director’s Office, you will be contacted with respect to the distribution process. Materials are then distributed through our internal mail system as per packaging requirements. These requirements will be outlined in the approval letter. c
