REGISTRATION AND ADMISSION PROCESS FOR
INTERNATIONAL BACCALAUREATE PRIMARY YEARS PROGRAMME (IB PYP)
Families that are interested in registering their child/children may complete the registration forms below and submit them to Ms. Lewin at the school office. For the 2018-19 school year, we are at capacity in K, Grades 1, 2 and 3.
For the 2019-20 School Year:
Registration closed on Thursday, January 31, 2019 @ 4:00pm
A random selection process will be used, if required
Notification of admission will take place by Thursday, February 28, 2019 with parent confirmation required by March 5, 2019.
- We are at capacity for September 2019 for the following grades: Kindergarten, Grade 1, Grade 2, and Grade 3. You may submit registration for your child to be put on a waitlist and be considered if a space opens in one of these grades.
- Registration for students who will be in Grades 4-8 in September 2019 will still be accepted
Please follow the steps outlined in this LINK to complete the registration process. The registration form and supporting documentation are to be submitted in person at Sacred Heart Catholic School Guelph (125 Huron St. Guelph N1E 5L5) before the deadline. Please note that the registration forms and documents required are the same for all grades.
For families in which the registering student or a parent are not baptized Roman Catholic, an interview with the principal is required as part of the registration process. Please see the Frequently Asked Questions below for more information.
