Mental Health Summer Support

There are a number of Mental Health and Wellbeing supports available to students and families over the summer months. While we are not in school, we understand the need to stay connected and are here to help.

The following supports are available at Wellington Catholic District School Board:

Be Well Line
If you need mental health support for your child or teen over the summer months, you can leave a voice mail at 519-821-4600 ext 296. We have Mental Health Clinicians available and voice mails will be checked regularly during July and August.
Please note that this is not a crisis line. If your matter is time sensitive and you need support right away, please call (CMHA) Here 24/7 at1-844-437-3247.

One on One Support
Our Mental Health Clinicians are available to offer one-on-one check ins or sessions throughout the summer months. If you would like your child to have this support, and your child/teen is consenting to this support, please speak with your school Principal and they can refer your child.
