Audit Committee
The Wellington Catholic District School Board is required to establish an Audit Committee under the Ministry Regulation 361/10.
Wellington Catholic District School Audit Committee is comprised of two members from the Board of Trustees and two external community members.
The Current Audit Committee Members are as follows:
- Marin Gazzola (Chair of the Audit Committee, Trustee)
- Sebastian Dalbo (Trustee)
- Matthew Ichim (External Member)
- Todd Neil (External Member)
During the school year the Audit Committee will meet at least three times.
