All procurement activities are guided by the National Institute of Governmental Purchasing (NIGP) Code of Ethics, Broader Public Sector (BPS) Procurement Directives, and the Buy Ontario Act (BOA).

The Wellington Catholic DSB Procurement Department works closely with internal stakeholders and regional purchasing groups to ensure responsible stewardship of public funds. The Board is committed to fair, open, and transparent procurement practices that deliver best value for public funds while supporting effective and efficient operations across the organization.
