Students explore culture, government, and Canadian landmarks through Travel for Credit program
Our first Travel for Credit program has been a huge success! An amazing group of Grade 9 students spent 8 days exploring Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal as part of earning their Civics and Careers credit. The students engaged in unique hands-on learning opportunities through visits to major Canadian landmarks and participating in each city's local governments and culture.
The Travel for Credit program is open to all Grade 9 WCDSB students and includes a mix of travel, hands-on learning, and in-class instruction. Keep an eye out for 2026 registration details coming later this fall!
