The City of Guelph is hiring individuals for multiple positions in the crossing guard program:
Six spare or rover adult school crossing guard are needed for the City of Guelph Crossing Guard Program. Shifts range from 7:45 to 9:00 a.m. and 2:50 - 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday (except holidays and P.D. days). Adult guards are paid for a full hour per shift. The hourly rate is $15.95. Training and equipment is provided.
A regular adult school crossing guard is needed for the crossings at Speedvale Ave at Stevenson Street for the both shifts. Shifts are 8:05 to 8:40 a.m. and 2:55 - 3:40 p.m. Monday to Friday (except holidays and P.D. days). Adult guards are paid for a full hour per shift. The hourly rate is $15.95. Training and equipment is provided.
A regular adult school crossing guard is needed for the crossings at Willow Road at Bonar Place for the afternoon shift. Shifts are 3:05 - 3:25 p.m. Monday to Friday (except holidays and P.D. days). Adult guards are paid for a full hour per shift. The hourly rate is $15.95. Training and equipment is provided.
