Incorporating Movement in the Classroom through Move EDGEucation

Students and staff from St. Paul CS and St. Ignatius of Loyola CS welcomed Move EDGEucation Founder and Education Director, Amy Temperman, to share strategies integration of movement within learning blocks as a means to improve student achievement and wellness.

Move EDGEucation works to help schools and teachers integrate Movement Based, Social/Emotional Learning Methods into their culture, teaching practice and delivery of various curriculum, creating engaging, healthier, wellness focused learning environments for today's students.

During her time, Temperman ran activities throughout the day for students and finished the evening by completing a professional activity session with educators to help them effectively integrate Movement-Based, Social/Emotional Learning Methods right into teaching practice and curriculum!
