The Wellington Catholic District School Board and the Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation (OSSTF) representing the Office Clerical and Technical (OCT) Employees of the Board are pleased to announce that they have reached a tentative collective agreement on March 20, 2024. OSSTF OCT members will ratify the tentative agreement on March 27 and the Board will ratify the tentative agreement on March 25, 2024.
The tentative agreement is a result of the positive and collaborative work that occurred between each negotiating team and reflects the commitment of all parties to the well-being and progress of all students and staff in our Catholic schools.
The tentative agreement covers the period from September 1, 2022, to August 31, 2026.
