Mental Health Resources

Wellington Catholic’s Student Mental Health Services have shared the following resources to support the mental health and wellbeing of students and caregivers.

In addition to the resources, mental health services continues to be accessible for students through our school board. At this time, our Social Workers and Mental Health Clinicians are providing virtual sessions to students. If you are worried about the mental health and wellbeing of your child or you’re noticing an increase in mental health symptoms, you can connect with your child’s teacher or principal and they can connect you with appropriate supports within Wellington Catholic.
